Typically, under standard market conditions, the fund allocates at least 80% of its net assets, combined with any borrowed capital used for investment purposes, to common stocks of prominent, large-capitalization companies. These are specifically identified as corporations possessing a market valuation of $5 billion or greater. Furthermore, the fund retains the flexibility to invest up to 15% of its total assets in non-U.S. equity securities that are denominated in currencies other than the U.S. dollar.
