Under typical market conditions, the fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its total net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes, to common equity shares. Within this primary allocation, and also under normal operating conditions, at least 80% of its net assets are specifically deployed into the equity holdings of substantial U.S.-based enterprises. These companies generally boast market capitalizations exceeding $2 billion and are selected by the investment manager based on their belief that they are currently undervalued yet possess strong prospects for enduring expansion and consistent earnings. The fund also retains the flexibility to commit up to 20% of its net assets to non-U.S. securities.
