To meet its investment objectives, the PFG Meeder Tactical Strategy Fund principally commits its capital (over 80% of its total assets, including any funds acquired through borrowing) to mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) managed by Meeder. These underlying investment vehicles maintain a diverse asset allocation: they may invest up to 90% in domestic and international equity securities across all market capitalizations, while dedicating at least 10% to domestic and international fixed-income instruments. This fixed-income allocation includes bonds of any duration or credit quality, potentially incorporating higher-yield, higher-risk bonds (also known as junk bonds).
