The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that invests in a focused portfolio of companies identified by the adviser as most closely linked to the growth of the Meta artificial intelligence ecosystem. Using a proprietary model-driven thematic scoring process drawing on company filings, earnings calls, news, supply-chain data, and market information, the adviser selects and weights holdings among companies involved in cloud computing, semiconductors, memory and networking hardware, data center infrastructure, power and cooling systems, enterprise software, AI deployment platforms, and cybersecurity that support or benefit from Meta-related AI technologies. Under normal circumstances the Fund invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of these Meta Ecosystem Companies, including up to 25% of total assets in Meta Platforms, Inc. itself, and may also hold non-U.S. companies and limited privately offered/pre-IPO securities.
